For reservations from Zurich airport a deposit of chf. 350 - is requested at the time of booking..

Reservation must be cancelled by email. Cancellation must reach us no later than 7 days before the date of the transfer. After this time no refund will be made by Taxi Follonier. The balance of the payment is in Swiss francs case the day of the transfer. During several transfers, the deposit is deducted on the last transfer.
In the price of the transfer, 20 minutes are included for possible research du chalet, apartment, etc. on arrival instead of stay. After this time, additional research time will be charged at CHF 50.-. of the time.
Taxi Follonier will do its utmost to ensure that vehicles arrive on time to the fixed appointment and deposit customers on time at their place of destination. Even if they are handled with the utmost care, the property of passengers are transported at their own risk and Taxi Follonier nor the carrier cannot, under any circumstances, be liable for any loss or damage caused. We recommend passengers to check their insurance trip prior to departure.
LIf the plane or the train has been delayed, or for some other reasons you are late, the vehicle put at your disposal will wait 60 minutes without any additional costs. After that, each supplementary hour will be charged 30 Swiss francs. This supplementary cost has to be paid at Taxi des Alpes with the rest of the ride
